Refund policy
We only accept exchanges 14 days after delivery in all products with the exceptions of special orders or personalized products such as (Custom Jewelry and Handmade Hats) In addition, we cannot accept returns nor exchanges on products that are final sale or that are on sale.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In addition, returns for exchanges that are damaged, worn or without the original packaging and tags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your exchange may be refused.
To submit an exchange request please follow these steps:
1. Click Request an Exchange under Quick Links on Home page
- In the Email field, enter your email address.
- Click on the word send which will appear on the verification code field.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the exchange for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to exchange.
4. Select an exchange reason and add a note for the store indicating which product you want to exchange it for and follow the prompts.
5. If your exchange request is approved then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After the product is returned, we will determine if your exchange is approved or denied.
Please note: When requesting an exchanging product, it will be replaced with either the same or different product of equal or greater value. If product is of greater value, we will notify you. We will than create an exchange order for your return request, which will update on the return page and email you if the exchange is approved or denied according to our Return Policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that Fashion Haus LLC is not responsible for lost products due to a return sent back using the wrong order number or return label.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or receive the wrong product please e-mail us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item as the conditions are specified above and once the return for an exchange is received, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
