Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and with the exceptions of special orders or personalized products such as (Custom Jewelry and Handmade Hats) which are delicately handmade and take days if not weeks to finish its production approximately 4-6 weeks. After receiving your order confirmation email you will than receive another notification when your order has shipped with real-tracking information 

 
We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

!!!!We offer Free Shipping!!! as well as accept Exchanges 14 days after delivery in all products with the Exceptions of Special orders or Personalized products such as (Custom Jewelry and Handmade Hats) as stated on our Refund Policy 


The estimated delivery time is between 2-5 business days please keep in mind that typically it takes 2-8 business days within the Unites States for delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fashionhausllc.com with your name and order number, and we will take a look into it.

Fashion Haus LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments however, if your package does not arrive, please contact us at support@fashionhausllc.com in order to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
