You must be 18 years or older to access this website and be subject to the Terms and Services our site is for general viewers and not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information. We advise parents to supervise their children internet activities and if you the parent becomes aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please make us aware as soon as possible of this by at privacy@fashionhausllc.com so that we can follow the steps to delete such information from our service and terminate the child's account unless we receive an affirmative authorization consent from parent or guardian.

Certain products are available exclusively online through the Site except those that are custom and handmade which have a process time. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to an exchange only through the Sites according to the applicable Return Policy 

Fashion Haus LLC has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and styles of our products that show on our Site. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color or style on your computer or mobile device will be accurate.

Fashion Haus strives to ensure that accurate prices and products are posted on the Site although prices and products along with its descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. In addition, in our sole discretion we might offer discount codes at a certain point in time keep in mind to enter the discount code during the checkout process. There is no guarantee that products you view on one visit to the site will be available the next time that you visit the site.
